Debbie Rayner is a licensed settlement agent with more than 26 years’ experience in property settlements throughout Western Australia. She currently heads the settlements department at Petherick Cottrell Lawyers, overseeing all aspects of conveyancing.
Debbie established Debbie Rayner Settlements in 2005 and later purchased Mint Settlements in 2012, building a trusted and well-regarded agency before selling the business in 2025. She brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong understanding of end-to-end property transactions. Debbie holds a Diploma in Conveyancing and is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Inc.
Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Debbie works closely with clients and industry professionals to ensure efficient, low-stress settlements. She is experienced in a wide range of transactions, including electronic settlements via PEXA, and is committed to high standards of compliance and client service.
