Petherick Cottrell Lawyers is delighted to have assisted the founders of Orbis Mining Pty Ltd (Orbis) on the sale of 50% of the shares in Orbis to ASX-listed company, XRF Scientific Limited (XRF). The founders also granted a call option to XRF in relation to the remaining 50% of the shares in Orbis.
Orbis is a manufacturer of laboratory jaw crushers, primarily used in the mining sector and has a blue-chip customer base. The business was founded in 2014 and is currently based in Mandurah, Western Australia.
